Generally, one ice pack is necessary per order. Ice packs do not guarantee that your package will not melt, but they can help during transit in hot weather. Please note, ice packs are most effective while your package is in transit and will not prevent melting if left in your mailbox, on your porch, or in direct heat after delivery.
